Hi,

I am new to webservices altogether. I want to use webservices. we have java applications.
I don't tknow where to start, any good reading material or URL.
Can anybody please let me know of any good resources.

That's a broad field. The Web Services FAQ links to a number of introductory articles and other material, e.g. to this one, which starts from scratch and gives a complete example.
