Please tell me the difference between JMS and Web services in details. Where we will use JMS and web services?

By some happy chance, I was just looking into the latest Jave Web Service Developers Pack (JWSDP)2.0 which claims to let you use the classes created for a web service over HTTP with JMS by "plugging in" JMS transport.

Here is one example (I have not tried to run this)
