Web Service exception!!

Dear all ,
when my trials to deploy war file that contains a web service it gives me like this run time exception below at WebSphere 6.1 any one has any idea about why i have this exception?

WSWS1002E: An error occurred while processing the Web services deployment descriptor for module: PSSecurity.war with error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: WSWS3278E: Error: Attempt to set implementation class on a ServiceDesc which has already been configured.
