help on semantic

hi!
I would like to get some help with you about developing a semantic mail. I want to implement a time limit function within the mail client using RDF ontology and Java. The time limit function will discard automatically all the mails that arrives after a certain specified time. for example, if the user send a message to the recipients and specify a time limit of 2 days and the response of the recipients come after 3 days. then, the system should automatically discard the mail.
