I just want some sample code to digitally sign a SOAP message.
Could any one provide me that.

Welcome to JavaRanch.

You need to install the WSS4J package, which implements WS-Security standard (and thus the signing of SOAP) on top of Axis. This page has some hints on how to use WSS4J.
