Thank you for reading my post
I am looking to find whether using Document/Literal Document/wraped or other styles are determined by WS-I or not?
basically, what does profile means in WS-I documents, what does a profile determine ?

Yes, the WS-I Basic Profile does contain guidelines about binding styles. You can find it
