Axis 2 is rather new; there are no books on that particular version (and only a single one that I'm aware of on any version of Axis 2, and that's in German). Start with a book covering Java web services in general, and work through the Axis 2 release notes and other online documentation to see what's different about it.

That's about Axis 1, though, not Axis 2.
