Reading Apache axis documentation is enough to pass SCJWSD exam?

No.
The SCJDWS is a "Web Services for J2EE 1.4" certification. Only some Axis 1.x technology overlaps with the SCDJWS and the SCDJWS covers a lot more technology than Apache Axis 1.x.
