Error while running web service client in RAD 6.0

I am getting below error while running webservice client in RAd 6.0
Before calling service*************

SOAP FAULT

Faultcode: HTTP

FaultString: Connection refused: connect

FaultActor: null

The client is Java application and server is websphere application Server 6.0 .Can you help to solve this issue.

Which web service are you trying to connect to? Do you have access to connect to it?
