getting problem with accessing the web services

I generated web service(wsdl) uing RAD then i need to access the methods using the username and password(username token).i am trying set the username and password using web.xml deployment descriptor editor ws binding and ws extensions parts.then i am getting exception in results.
anyone have any idea how to set this username and password using websphere application server in RAD with IBM websphere or Apache Axies.
Please help me.
