I've a basic question, "How to generate a client & proxy jar file from the wsdl using weblogic workshop?". If possible please provide the URL on the web.

Did you try using Ant Tasks ?
For example : the "clientgen" Ant task may serve your purpose.
What WL version are you working on ?

But creation of the stubs is largely controlled by Ant tasks in the WebLogic server development environment. Support for web services under Workshop is highly version dependent (i.e. later versions may support it while earlier ones may not).
