I don't think such a service exists. UDDI has developed and been used differently than was expected, and the need for a public registry has diminished. See here for the reasons behind the shutdown of the one big public registry that did exist.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
