Receive Time Out

Hi,
I hae a webservice running and 2 applications in (.Net and java).

1. .Net interacting with webservices and webservices to java application.

Some times i am getting Receive time out exception

Web service throwing this exception to .Net application when it sends a request to webservice when it is in idle.

can you plese tell me where to configure this time out .
I am using capeclear studio 4.0
