wsimport issue - URL doesn't exist

I run this command:



And getting this error:



But it IS an URL. I can see a WSDL file in browser.

What's causing the problem?

But still that question remains valid.

-Xendorsed doesn't seem to be a officially valid option even though xendorsed="true" can be used with ant.

wsimport JAX-WS 2.0
wsimport JAX-WS 2.1.2
wsimport JAX-WS 2.1.3

What you are showing isn't a URL - unless the extraneous [URL= in front of the URL is an editing mistake that happened twice.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
