Hello Friends,

To Test WEbservice Client through Service Lookup using service-ref tag.
I tried using tomcat, but got namingexception in

So i tried resin ,after correcting the web.xml to point to 2.4.xsd file
but got this error
[09:58:17.119]element start: service-ref-name
[09:58:17.127]org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: <service-ref-name> is an unexpected tag (parent <service-ref> starts at 92).
[09:58:17.127]</service-ref> is expected to close.

Where as the close tag was present.

Can anyone tell me here, whether anyone got successfully looked up using service-ref tag in web.xml

Can you help with which container you tried.

[09:58:17.127]<service-ref> syntax: empty
