Can anyone suggest me a good book to start webservices. I tried Orielly publication but was not satisfied.Please do the needfull.

I am currently reading Building Web Services With Java Making Sense of XML,SOAP, WSDL, and UDDI Second Edition by Steve Graham and others. I feel good about the way the book has been written. They also uncover web services related technologies through a running example

Depends on which version of JWS you are interested in.

For the older specs, J2EE Web Services by RMH is highly recommended.

For the newer version, you can checkout SOA Using Java.
