Pagination for records coming from Web Services

I need help to do a pagination with next and previous for the rows calling them from Web services as following

CarsDetailsWS cDWS = new CarsDetailsWS();
Vector cDV = cDWS.getCarsDetails(new Long("123456"));

Enumeration e = cDV.elements();
while ( e.hasMoreElements() )
{
String [] s =(String [])e.nextElement();

out.println(s[0] + " " + s[1])

}
