axis2.AxisFault: Transport error: 403 Error: Forbidden

Trying to consume my first Web Service using Axis2. However Im getting the following error AxisFault: Transport error: 403 Error: Forbidden. My code is the following just wondering if I missed something

public static void main(String[] args) {
...
Options options = new Options();
//What should I set this to? And what is the purpose of it?
options.setAction(
options.setTo(new EndpointReference("https://....");
options.setTransportInProtocol(Constants.TRANSPORT_HTTPS);
ServiceClient sender = new ServiceClient();
sender.setOptions(options);
OMElement result = sender.sendReceive(payload);

And I have also added the following in axis2.xml in the <transportSender name="https"

    
<!-- This parameter has been added to overcome problems encounted in SOAP action parameter -->
        <parameter name="OmitSOAP12Action">true</parameter>

Set the key via the keytool but not even sure if that was done correctly.

Is it possible to try and consume the web service via http? To simplify the situation...

Anybody found a solution for this. I am facing same issue, the webservice works fine with http protocol. Also using Axis 1.4 it works fine with https, the moment i use Axis 2 generated stubs the issue crops up.
