How can i allow users to connect to other websites and fetch there data from my application ? Is there a webservice which allows access ?

What is an "other" web site - other than your own? But you say that they'd get data from your application - where does that run? Tell us more about the interactions between the various sites and applications. Also, what kind of client is this?

Get a wsdl, build a stub and there you go. if you don't know what i mean let me know.
