Why do you need to access the message at the service side?

Some APIs (like JAX-WS and JAX-RPC, but not SAAJ) have the notion of "message handlers". See here for how that works with JAX-WS.

Which API, and which SOAP engine, are you using?

Hi Ulf Dittmer,

Thanks for the reply.
I am using SAAJ API.

My problem is how do I parse SOAP message at service for attachments and save them at some location?

If you have a sample working code please share both service and client.

Thanks in advance.

This article explains both sides of a SOAP-with-attachments service.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
