How can I download the j2me class from the web site and run automatically on the mobile phone?

You must have a J2ME-enabled phone and you must use the application management software that comes with it to download and install Java applications. You can't run Java on arbitrary cellphones, the cellphone must have the Java virtual machine and the runtime system on it already.

Thank you eric.
Right, I need a j2me-enabled phone. But how can a user download the j2me program to his phone on the fly just like the WAP does.

The Mobile Information Device Profile requires that HTTP be supported. The idea is that you can place your application in a jar file and build an application descriptor (.jad) file and place both on a web server. The user would type in the URL of the .jad file into the application management software on the phone and the latter would then download and install the jar file.
