I follow the steps in the folling url
and try to build a simple palm application. I complied the class and preverify it, but failed to change it from .class file to .prc file.
I got the error below
C:\J2ME\j2me_cldc\bin>java -classpath ../lib/classes palm.database.MakePalmApp -
v -version "1.0" -icon icons/default.bmp -bootclasspath ../lib/class -classpath
classes HelloPalm
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: palm/database/MakePal
could anyone give some guidence for me or in where can I get more resources on J2ME?
thanks in advances

I think this one is simple. Your classpath does not include the base directory that has the palm/database/ subdirectory.
Therefore you get:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: palm/database/MakePalmApp
