Hi Jim,
Which sources do you find the most helpful, though? I am working through Mughal and Rasmussen right now, along with playing JavaRanch Rules Round-Up. A mock exam (in .jar format) is available at http://www.ii.uib.no/~khalid/pgjc/jcbook/engine.html
Other than that, I'm relying on past development experience.
