I am trying to find a Wireless Lan Abled handheld that can run web applications with out the Java ME coding. I do not want PocketPC's for the price to get the device and the card is crazy. I would like a Palm VII with an attachment that supports WLAN but can process simple HTML or WML. If any knows about this please let me know.

To the best of my knowledge, the Palm VII wireless access wasn't made to be used on an WLAN. Also Palm uses WebClipping, which is their proprietary standard competing with WAP.
PocketPCs really are the best way to go, despite the price.
You may also want to look into Symbian devices.
