Newbie in J2ME and Bluetooth

Dearest experts,
Im a IT final year student and currently I was given a project on developing Bluetooth application using J2ME.
Can you guys please kindly advise me on what I should do for my first step as I do not know anything about J2ME and Bluetooth.
