I have an MIDP application running on Palm that has a good number of Form and List objects. My question was does anyone know any code optimization tips specific to MIDP or any links to sites concerning it?

Optimizing J2ME code is no different than optimizing other Java code. Granted, the overall memory and processor speed limits are much lower and for J2SE. Also, the particular strengths and weaknesses of a JVM may be different, check with the specific vendor.
A good book for Java performence is Peter Haggar's Practical Java. Check the bunkhouse for more titles.
