need help

Well I am in final year of computer eng(ssuet).
I want to make project like voice messageing and i want to include thew following thing.
1)voice chat.
2)pc to phone call.
3)pc to mobile call.
I have experienced in servlet,jsp,jdbc,beans.
I want to envole ejb.
Can any body tell please which api to use and is ejb will be involved in it .
Please i need your view and if u have good idea to enhance it please tell.
