Hi, All Stupid question, but it is: Has anybody had problems with GPRS connections on A008? In my case everything goes fine if connection is only of CSD type. May be something wrong with phone's setup? Or what? Or A008's MIDP implementation doesn't support GPRS? Am I stupid lamer??? Help, please.

I believe that some service providers don't allow non-WAP connections over GPRS. I don't have an A008 myself (I'm in Canada), but a few Vodafone users in the U.K. have been unable to use my MIDlet with GPRS. What service provider do you use?

I'm in Russia myself and I don't have GPRS in my city at all. But customer is in US and he does. Custometr told me that his provider is GPRS enabled. If only I could test GPRS connection for myself I wouldn't write this question.

I originally had the same problem with the A008 connecting via Vodafone UK and it turned out that my GPRS access was limited to wap content only, they easily changed it to full internet and erything then worked fine.
