Am i blind or there is NO double in j2me?

No, you are not blind. There are no floating point types in MIDP. As a work around you can use the MathFP package from http://www.jscience.net/ or wait for MIDP 2.0 which will have support for floats and doubles.
You may want to take a look at http://wireless.java.sun.com/midp/ttips/fixpoint/
