unable to test midp on Palm emulator need help

Hi all;
Well i have build shopping cart application which using and j2me.Now i have test on siemens emulator.Now i was trying to test on the palm emulator.I have converted file into the .PRC extension and have downloaded from www.palmos.com/.
But when i run my midp application(for palm) the window appears, it ask me, to start new emulator session and other 3 session.The problem is that i don't have real palm device.So how i will make possible to test on the palm emulator with out having palm device.Will be very thank ful any help.

Steps to run MIDP on PalmOS
1. start POSE
2. install MIDP.prc in POSE
3. install the PRC file for your application (myApp.rpc) in POSE
4. click on myApp in POSE and run it.
where did you encounter the "3 sessions" window in this process?
