Well is there any Api or services that i can access SMS message on JSP Or Servlet.When I am online.

You need a SMS gateway server. Simplewire has an SDK that does that. But it costs money.

Or, you can use one of those free SMS to email gateways and process email from your JSP/servlet using Java Mail API.

You can create and run the mobile (SMS) service. The system has a web interface with public access. Integration with Web application is supported.
