Require - Splash Screen Images, Icons etc

Hi
I am writing a small j2me based wirless banking application, this
application is used only for a company demo. Since this application is
going to be used only for a demo, I have to make the application visually
appleaing with a lot of graphics, splash screen.
Does any one know where I can get some good images, icons, designs for
splash screens etc, Since I do not have any graphical software ( like Corel
Draw ) installed on my system I cannot do a lot of image designing on my
slef (moreover it is quite time consuming )
