I got a Motorola T720 not too long ago and I found that it supports J2ME. Today, I downloaded a sample MIDlet and can run it fine under the emulator you get from Sun. I went out and bought the USB data kit from SunCom. It doesn't say outright that it supports my phone, but the guy up front said it supports all new phones from Motorola. My question is this, how can I deploy my MIDlet to my phone?
Update, I talked with SunCom because I can't seem to reach the Internet from my phone. It turns out the GSM service is only 3 months old in my area and they don't offer Internet access just yet. So downloading the files from the Net isn't going to happen just yet. With the data connection set I bought, I don't see how I can push the .jad and .jar files over. On the CD that comes with the data connection kit, you get the TrueSync software and GPRS software. What am I missing in order to deploy my J2ME work?
I followed the info in that first link and the "follow up" thread that guy posted ( http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?threadid=97238 ) with no luck. I can't get it to connect to my phone. Also, if you read through that follow up thread, people are reporting the software screwed up their T720.
