Why in a browser. In a browser you would want a JSP page or a Servlet. Midlets are for Cell Phones and PDAs.
To view a Midlet in a simulator you can start with the J2ME Wireless Toolkit.

You can use MicroEmulator to demonstrate a MIDlet in a browser.
