I am trying to test the Bouncy castle API for data encryption and decrytion using DES technique.
During encryption and decryption the block of data I need to maintain, I need to padd the user data,I am not clear what is the minimum number of block. Because I am getting exception InvalidCipherTextException,
some data like last block corrupted.

Can you please help me regarding padding and all.

Actually I have one client server architecture, midlet and servlet, now first user send userid and password and after authentication server send an encrypted message, but I am getting the exception "InvalidCipherTextException",
some data like last block corrupted.

Thanks and Regards
Tapan
