i'm using midp 1.0 for my J2ME games. since there is no Sprite class in this specification, is there a way to go around it particulary regarding collision and depth?
i can't use 2.0 for the phones here don't support it yet.
thanks

Check out this book:
Micro Java(TM) Game Development
It demonstrates how to implement a sprite in MIDP 1.0 and discuss in depth a large array of issues in game development.
