I just got an NEC 515 and one of it's features is Java (with DoJa) support for application downloads with a version of Java created by NTT DoCoMo. So I was wondering if I can use J2ME to develop for this phone or if I need to get an SDK from NEC/NTT DoCoMo or if anyone has any other information. Thanks.

To my knowledge, iAppli is not J2ME. It has a very similar design to MIDP but all the class names and properties files are different. So, you cannot run J2ME applications on your NEC 515. But it should be easy to port J2ME source code to iAppli. cheers Michael
