Hi !
Nokia's Series 60, Series 90 & Series 40 (Developer Platform 2.0) devices are MIDP 2.0 compliant. You can check web sites of phone manufacturers for latest information.
http://www.forum.nokia.com/main.html (One of the URLs that I can remember)
However it will take some time for these devices to be common among people.
Since these are the latest devices so they are also a bit expensive.

I believe this is the official page.

Unfortunately, that page at Sun seems to be terribly out of date. I could give you a long list of new Nokia MIDP phones that aren't on their list, and some that are on their list that are now available, although the list says they're not yet.

By the way, here's the list of Nokia's phones that support MIDP 2.0:
- Nokia 6600 (Forum Nokia): Series 60 Symbian-OS camera phone, already shipping
- Nokia 6620 (Forum Nokia): Series 60 Symbian-OS camera phone for US market, shipping 2Q04?
- Nokia 6230 (Forum Nokia): Series 40 camera phone, shipping 1Q04?
- Nokia 5140 (Forum Nokia): Series 40 camera phone, shipping 2Q04?
- Nokia 7700 (Forum Nokia): Series 90 Symbian-OS 'media device', shipping 2Q04?
- Nokia 9500 (Series 80 Symbian-OS communicator, shipping 4Q04?; also supports CDC/Personal Profile)
These are all that have been announced so far: of course there are more phones under development...
