hi
Can I deploy my MIDlet to my NOKIA 6600 through a USB port??
or, any other way is there for direct deployment??

You can deploy over bluetooth or serial cable. I have not tested serial cable though. I am not sure whether you can do this via IR.

You can't deploy to the Nokia 6600 via its serial port, since it doesn't have a serial port 
You can deploy to it by just sending the JAD and JAR files to it via infra-red or Bluetooth. Open either of the resulting messages, and the installer launches and installs your MIDlet.
