I used the SMS examples from Michael Yuan's book and deployed them on two nokia 3650 phones. I found some time the listening midp application missed the SMS message and the SMS message directly entered into the native SMS inbox. Has anyone ever met the same problem before?

Any help/advice greatly appreciated,

Thanks,

Harvey

I do not know. But if you do not specify a port number in the message you send out, it will be delivered to the native inbox.
