I would like to do next things:
1. Forbid to user close midlet by red key (with red telephone receiver)
2. While midlet runing in background mode I would like listerning user key actions (red and green telephone receivers).
Is it possible or not? Please, advice.

I do not think *any* mobile platform would allow an application to do either of these. For starters, the unexpected UI behavior is very rude to the user and should be avoided (what would you feel if a windows application would disable your "power" button on a PC?). But more importantly, such functionalities could be easily abused by virus writers.
