How to use GPRS connectivity for sending the GPS co-ordintes?

hello again, well i need to develop the application that reads the coordinates from the GPS device and the same time it uses the GPRS connection (available in cell phone) for sending those co-ordinates to the server on which the servlet is being run.

I am interested in mobile - GPS. I wanna get xyz axis from mobile to my servlet which will then query multimap and find the exact location.
