heap question

I have two questions:
1.When an application is activated, where do the midlet classes stored? Are they stored in the heap memory or in a separated program memory?

2.If the application is stored in the heap memory, how do I know how much of the heap memory is used for the byte code of the application?

Any suggestion is so appreciated.

Thanks a lot.

Heap is dynamic memory. The application is not stored in the heap. The runtime objects are.
