How can i view pdb file using any desktop java application?

Well, this really has little to do with J2ME, but, yes, it is possible for a Java program--or any desktop program for that matter--to read/change a pdb file. The pbd file format is fairly well-documented, and not too complicated.

You might even be able to get a hold of some already-written classes to help you out. I don't know of any off the top of my head, but I Googled and found some classes by Ken Shirriff that look promising.
