If you haven't gotten a USB BlueTooth dongle for yourself, I highly recommend it, it makes transfering files from your computer to your phone as simple as copying a file or two between "directories" through Windows Explorer. Plus you can use the Dongle for other purposes too.

As Mark wrote, it's as easy as dragging files from one directory to another in Windows.
I can't remember exactly how you do it (im home atm. so I can't do any testing) but just try to activate bluetooth on your mobile phone, move the phone close to the bluetooth device, and when the device detects the phone Windows will tell you, that it has found some new hardware. Double click on the "found new hardware" icon in the tastbar and drag the files over in the "mobilephone directory".
