Hi,
No way, it is not a good one to start with, SCJP doesn't include any questions about J2ME or J2EE. What you need to know is the basics of the Java programming language. There are many tutorials/study guides online for the Sun Certification. If you go through you will clearly understand what you need to know about. Enjoy !!
