digital right management

hi,
i've developed an j2me application (MIDP 2). i want to implement digital right management (forward-lock) for my application. can you tell me how can i do this. i just want that whenever one downloads the application from the website he may be given a key which may use his/her phone number and that copy of the application won't run on other phone number or there may be other better ideas. would you please help me !?
