Dear all,

I'm developping a small application with MIDlet.
I use high-level API for developping UI (Screen class), it provides a very limited items ( Form, ChoiceGroup, List, TextField,...).

I want to know wether in MIDlet, we have a possibility to display Table or Combo box ( as I can not find class for combo box, I have used List instead).

If we use low-leve API (Canvas),.. do we have a possibility to display things in table or in combo box?

Thanks for your help,
Moniphal

ChoiceGroup is a ComboBox.

For Table you can extend CustomItem and make one yourself, but there isn't a High-Level UI object for a Table

Browser? Web Application? I thought we are talking about J2ME and MIDlets. The ChoiceGroup is a combobox and a list and more, there are CONSTANTs that you can use to say how you want it displayed. Look at the Javadocs and you will see them.

Hi,

Yes, we are talking about J2ME and MIDlet.
Sorry, I want to say the "drop down list". As in browser, we can display a drop down list, and I want to know wether we can have the possibility to show that drop down list with MIDlet.
Yes, I've seen JavaDoc.. I haven't find the possibility to show that drop down list. As I tried with ChoiceGroup, we have EXCLUSIVE, MULTIPLE ,... and so on, but the display is still not as the drop down list as we see in browser (I compare to the display in browser).

Sorry if I have any mistake,

Thanks
