Do you mean a project on some feature set of J2ME as a report. Or an actual program being created that is just a program of anything. Or is it an actual program where you have to demonstrate a feature set of J2ME?

The technologies are

Connecting and calling Web Services
Game UI development
Sending and Receiving SMS Messages through a Chat program.

Perfect World Programming, LLC - iOS Apps

Hi Mark,

The project can be any sort of application using J2ME technology. I was thinking may be developing a Game would be interesting, but i need still need to decide on what kind of technologies i want to use like 3D API or a Real Time network play. Which one do you think would be easier? Any suggestions on what kind of Game's would be cool.

P.S: I have 4 weeks to finish it and we are a team of 3.

Appreciate your help,

Hi Usha,
If you want to develop a game as a beginner, I think you should go for some 2-D standalone game. Later, if you want to you may add networking capabilites to it.
For example, Develop any 2 player 2-D game and then add networking capabilities, like 2 users can play it. If you still have got time and you really want to that is.
