how to put application to mobile

hello,

i hv developed a application in which a mobile would be directly connected to a computer that will receive a mesage(keywords)other mobile & after procesing the msg. it will access database in computer retrive the required information based on the msg received and then it will send appropriate result to the requester.i m unable to deploy this to mobile . how could this be done.plz reply if any body can help.

i connected nokia 3100 through data cable to the computer,installed nokia pc suite and then copied jar file of my application to the phone.when i tried to open the file on mobile a popup message of invalid file is displayed.my application is using wma1.0 ,cldc1.0,midp1.0, it is running on j2me wirelesstoolkit 1.0.4.
